Each house is fully constructed on site by our NEAThouse team.

Your NEAThouse is designed to adapt when your needs change – easier for everyone to access, navigate and live in, as well more cost effective to adapt if you need extra assistance. We’ve designed with the Liveable Housing Australian framework, silver level, which means 1m minimum-width corridors, wider doorways and a hidden framework so you can install grab rails, extra room to navigate in wet areas, no large steps and the option to build so there’s level entry to the home.
