Our Tasmanian NEAThouse range is designed to be versatile, made from easily accessed and local materials, energy efficient and also beautiful to look at. Designed to maximise passive solar design, NEAThouses sited with optimal orientation can achieve between a 7-9star energy rating depending on the site.
From a purely functional point of view, each NEAThouse has almost limitless possibilities for future expansion and/or modifications. The idea is simple sophistication, both inside and out. Choose from our designs below to suit the way you want to live.

THE CURRENT PRICES LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE NOW REFLECT THE NUMEROUS PRICE INCREASES THAT OCCURRED THROUGHOUT 2021, 2022 and the first months of 2023. WE ARE DISAPPOINTED THAT WE HAVE HAD TO INCREASE THE COST OF OUR HOUSES BY THESE AMOUNTS HOWEVER OUR SMALL BUILDING BUSINESS COULD NOT ABSORB THESE COSTS ANYMORE.
